iES-NB series IoT gas meter is a prepayment gas metering device based on NB-IoT IoT special network, which is based on membrane gas meter, equipped with IoT controller and external motor valve. It is applicable to all types of industrial and commercial users.
Product structure
The product is mainly composed of three parts: base meter, IoT controller and motor valve. There are two kinds of base meter gas inlet and outlet pipe connection modes: threading and flanging.
Functional characteristics
u Use dedicated IoT cards for data communication via NB-IoT (narrowband Internet of things).
u Three working modes: timed upload, manual upload and abnormal event upload. The meter also features a staggering peak mechanism.
u Valve control has both control authority and and non-control authority.
u On-line parameter configuration function and local infrared wireless communication interface.
u The meter supports recording of daily gas consumption and abnormal events.
u Abnormality alarm management functions, including gas abnormity alarm, electric quantity abnormity alarm and communication abnormity alarm.
u Power supply by 4 AA alkaline batteries and built-in clock lithium battery.
u Status information such as accumulated gas volume, remaining amount, unit gas price, valve status and battery level are available at the meter end;
u Support batching gas meter hardware program update via a remote online form.
u Mobile alarm function. When the meter is maliciously removed or damaged, the valve will close and alarm.
u With emergency valve opening function.
