The CG-L series IC card-type diaphragm gas meter is based on a diaphragm gas meter and is equipped with a gas meter with a prepaid function (composed of electronic controller). It is applicable to automatic metering and charging control of urban pipeline natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas and relatively clean piped gas.
Functional characteristics
Ø One meter and one card function: Each user card can be set with a unique password, and one meter corresponds to one card, not interchangeable. When a newly issued user card is inserted into a new meter, the meter will automatically recognize and save the unique code in the card. The code will be automatically recognized the next time the card is inserted, that is, the meter automatically matches the card to prevent illegal card use.
Ø Anti-counterfeiting function: insert the card and switch off the valve, conduct corresponding proper operations after confirm that the data is correct. An error will be displayed when a wrong card, a non-system card, or a copy card is inserted.
Ø LCD display always-on: the accumulated gas volume, the remaining gas volume, the purchased gas volume, the valve state, the battery state and the error information are clear.
Ø Insufficient gas volume warning: preset an alarm value, when the remaining gas volume in the meter reaches the alarm amount, the valve will be automatically closed, prompting the user to purchase gas. The valve can be opened after inserting the card and will be closed when the remaining gas volume is used up.
Ø Double pulse counting: imported reed switch is adopted and works stably.
Ø Reed switch defect detection function: When one is damaged, the valve will be closed and display error code E14.
Ø Magnetic protection function: When there is a strong magnetic field close to the character wheel, the meter will display “alarm” and close the valve, displaying the error code.
Ø Low voltage detection: Secondary undervoltage detection. When the battery voltage is lower than the set voltage, the motor valve will be closed and “low voltage” and “valve closed” will be displayed. In case of primary undervoltage value, the valve can be opened by inserting the card; in case of secondary undervoltage value, the battery cannot be used and replacement of battery is required.
Ø The user information feedback function: through use, working information of the user IC card diaphragm gas meter can be feedback to the sales management system.
