◆Xinjiang Torch Gas Production and Operation Integrated Platform System

Xinjiang Torch Gas Production and Operation Integrated Platform System integrates GIS system, GPS patrol system, SCADA system and video surveillance system. It uses the map data in GIS system as the platform basis, superimposes the network and auxiliary facilities information and personnel information. The SCADA real-time data and real-time video information are comprehensively displayed, inquired and analyzed in the system, and the independent systems are integrated together to realize the data intercommunication between different systems, thereby exerting more comprehensive analysis and management of the platform. The ability also makes the user's daily supervision work more scientific and convenient.

The customer service management system of Xinjiang Torch Gas mainly includes: user report management, revenue multi-card integration, call dispatch management, and mobile security management. The report construction, revenue, security check, and call dispatch system have all been put into use. The multi-card compatibility of the revenue is compatible with more than ten watch manufacturers' cards to the unified system, which greatly improves the efficiency of business processing. The customer service system integrates the user management related services of Kashi Torch into a unified system, and also has unified management of various business data.
