Shandong Laigang Yongfeng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in steel business and is a state-owned shareholding and self-operated enterprise. The company has an annual production capacity of 3 million tons of steel. The main production processes include: 4 sintering machines, 5 blast furnaces, 4 converters, LF refining furnaces, VD refining furnaces, 2 bars, 2 high-speed wires, 4 oxygen generators, 3 gas cabinets, etc.

The energy management center is constructed in two phases. The first phase is connected to 21 sets of DCS/PLC, and more than 80 sets of energy metering instruments; the second phase is connected to 12 sets of DCS/PLC system and 40 sets of instruments; the total fiber is 32,000 meters. The access energy covers the whole plant production process and auxiliary production process. The energy forms include electricity, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, water, oxygen, nitrogen, compressed air, coal, coke and so on.

The project can save 33,781 million tons of standard coal per year.

It is both an "energy management center" and a "production dispatching command center."

You can control the energy consumption of each day and every shift, and calculate the unit consumption. The assessment of energy-saving targets will be implemented every day and every shift.
