Using advanced network technology, automatic control technology, communication technology, computer technology and video technology, combining with advanced technology such as big data analysis and cloud computing, the pump station (secondary water supply) management system combines the automatic control in the water supply process with the enterprise management information system and then form a comprehensive control and information management system.
The system, which uses video monitoring and dispatching communication to improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and fault handling and ensure the operation safety of pressurized water supply, makes the pump station to be unattended possible, raises enterprise management and service level, and improves the economic and social benefits by information technology.
1. Online monitoring function:
(1)Collect and real-time monitor the power supply status of water supply pump, such as supply voltage, supply current and electricity quantity.
(2)Collect and real-time monitor the working status of pressure pump, such as electric current, electric voltage, working frequency, maintenance status, open and close status, protection status, etc.
(3)Collect and real-time monitor the level of valve open range, the opening / closing status of electric valve.
(4)Collect and real-time monitor information such as inlet pressure, outlet pressure, outlet flow, water level in water tank, online water quality (turbidity, pH value, residual chlorine), etc.
(5)Collect and real-time monitor the water level of sewage pool in the pump station, and control the sewage pump drainage according to the water level.
(6)Automatically / locally / remotely control the working frequency or start / stop status of the pressure pump, and the opening / closing status of valve.
(7)Security management (intrusion alarm, water leakage detection, video monitoring).
